Job Description:

Summary: Provide specialized guidance on business processes and procedures for the Enterprise Data Management Office (EDMO), focusing on Data Quality and Management Controls. Implement processes and initiatives to meet standards, and provide complex reporting and analysis at the enterprise level.

About EDMO: Building a diverse and inclusive data management team to support TD's data-driven strategy, ensuring high-quality data, standardized practices, and innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Focus: Advise on operational processes, build relationships, analyze initiatives, facilitate problem-solving, develop standards, coordinate project reports, and lead or support project teams.
  2. Shareholder Value: Manage workload, exercise discretion, adhere to frameworks, manage risks, conduct research, analyze data, monitor performance, provide guidance, and ensure compliance.
  3. Employee/Team: Support team environment, share knowledge, stay current with trends, participate in development, communicate project status, mentor others, foster diversity, and act as a brand ambassador.
  4. Depth & Breadth: Demonstrate expert-level knowledge, lead projects, influence standards, solve complex problems, and work independently as a senior technical lead.

Experience & Education:

  • Undergraduate degree or relevant certifications, with 5+ years of experience.
  • Proficiency in Business Process Management, data quality, and controls.
  • Skills in facilitation, standards development, mentoring, data analysis, and MS Office.
  • Effective communication, collaboration, judgment, organization, and discretion skills.
