Gore Mutual is seeking a data engineering and ML Ops leader to design and maintain scalable data pipelines and ML deployments. You will drive strategy, supervise a team of data engineers, and partner with data scientists to deliver data-driven solutions across insurance domains.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Software Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in data engineering, ML ops, with at least 2 years in leadership/managerial role.
• Proficiency in Python/Java/Scala; strong knowledge of data pipelines (Databricks) and ML ops tools (MLflow, Kubeflow).
• Extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and containerization/orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
