Gore Mutual Insurance Company is seeking a senior leader to own and evolve a portfolio of BI engagements across underwriting, distribution, finance and operations. You will mentor a team of analytics professionals, shape the data strategy and drive data-driven decision making.

You will partner with executives to deliver actionable insights, build defensible ROI models, and improve reporting through dashboards and data visualizations using Power BI, ThoughtSpot and Tableau.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 10 years of insurance experience.
• Minimum 3 years of leadership experience.
• Required experience in property and casualty.
• Strong knowledge of data visualization tools (Power BI, ThoughtSpot, Tableau).
• Demonstrated experience analyzing data in the insurance industry and developing insights.
• Ability to present detailed technical and statistical analyses to Senior Executives.
• Ability to drive data-driven decision making and influence stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Own and drive a portfolio of BI engagements, delivering actionable insights across underwriting, distribution, finance and operations.
• Develop defensible business cases and ROI models to prioritize opportunities and optimize outcomes.
• Guide market research, data aggregation and analytical approaches to build industry-leading assets.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing BI team, providing coaching and career development.
• Collaborate with executives to align data strategy with business goals and roadmaps.
• Create and sustain dashboards and reports that ensure data integrity and drive decisions.
