Job Description: The Operations role is responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day business processes, coordinating cross-functional activities, and supporting organizational goals through effective planning and execution.
This position requires strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills to drive efficiency and deliver results.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage daily operational activities to ensure efficiency and compliance with company standards.
- Develop and maintain documentation of operational processes, workflows, and procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including finance, HR, IT, and supply chain to support organizational needs.
- Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements for productivity and cost savings.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare reports for leadership review.
- Ensure adherence to compliance, safety, and regulatory requirements.
- Support project implementation and operational initiatives.
- Assist with issue resolution and escalate problems to management when necessary.
- Coordinate scheduling, resource allocation, and communication across departments.
Qualifications (Requirement / Must Have)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3–5 years of experience in operations, process management, or business administration.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with ERP systems or workflow management tools.
- Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
- Background in managing operations in a corporate, healthcare, or industrial environment.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
