Job summary

LifeLabs in Canada is seeking a Senior Business Data Analyst to join the Performance Reporting & Insights team. You will compile, verify, and analyze data from internal and external sources to deliver timely reporting on government contracts and enable data-driven decisions.

You will design analytics, performance metrics, and visualizations using Power BI and Excel, collaborating with Medical Sciences, Operations, and Finance to translate complex data into actionable insights while ensuring

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 5+ years in data analysis and visualization.
Experience with government contracts and regulatory reporting is preferred.
Proficient in Power BI and Excel for dashboarding and modeling.

Responsibilities

Lead analytics, reporting, and performance measurement for government contract programs.
Collaborate with SMEs to extract, cleanse, and interpret data from multiple sources
Develop dashboards and data visualizations using Power BI and Excel.
Monitor contract performance and ensure timely government reporting and governance.
Design program evaluation reports for internal and government stakeholders.
