Job summary

MCAP in Toronto is seeking a Sr. Data Analyst to lead Single Family Operations data analytics and reporting efforts.

You will serve as the primary data analyst and report developer, transforming raw data into meaningful dashboards using SQL, Excel, and Power BI. You will collaborate with business units and IT to document requirements, automate reporting, and provide timely insights to support leadership in improving operational efficiency and strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in data roles preferred.
• Strong SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and aggregation.
• Proficiency in Power BI or other visualization tools.
• Experience in Financial Services is a plus.
• Experience with data automation and reporting processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and automate reporting to improve efficiency and data accessibility.
• Translate business needs into clear reporting and system requirements.
• Collaborate with business units and IT to develop solutions and address impacts.
• Extract, integrate, and analyze data from multiple sources using SQL.
• Develop automated reporting solutions (SSIS, SSRS) and optimize data processes.
• Document reporting procedures and ensure data quality and integrity.
