Job summary

Kelly in Toronto, ON seeks a Senior Data Analyst / Product Owner to drive end-to-end delivery of analytics products within Risk. You will own roadmaps, prioritize backlogs, and translate requirements into scalable BI solutions, dashboards, and data models using Power BI and SQL.

You will partner with business, Risk, technology and data engineering to advance data modernization, governance and self-service analytics across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Experience combining Product Owner and hands-on Data Analyst responsibilities in a large enterprise.
• Advanced Power BI skills: data modeling, DAX, Power Query, dashboards and performance optimization.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with large datasets.
• Proficiency in Python for data analysis and automation.

Responsibilities

• Own analytics products, define product vision and roadmaps, and prioritize backlogs.
• Lead stakeholder discussions, requirements gathering, epics, user stories, and data specs.
• Develop and optimize Power BI dashboards, reports, data models, DAX measures, and Power Query transformations.
• Write complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and views; use Python for data analysis and automation.
• Collaborate with Risk, technology and data engineering on Azure-based data ingestion and modernization.
