Job summary

CI Financial is seeking experienced Data Analysts to support a major data migration and integration initiative. You will map source data to target systems, analyze business logic in queries, and document findings for technical and business audiences.

The role requires strong SQL skills and experience with data profiling, mapping, and reconciliation in large datasets. It is an in-office position with four days onsite per week, offering a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Data Analyst experience, with emphasis on data migration and integration.
• Strong SQL skills to read, analyze, and write complex queries.
• Experience mapping data lineage, data dictionaries, and transformation rules.
• Ability to communicate findings clearly to both technical and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Investigate source systems, data structures, relationships, and logic.
• Analyze SQL queries, reports, and stored procedures to reverse engineer rules.
• Map source fields to target models and identify data quality gaps.
• Collaborate with data engineers to validate ETL/transformation rules.
• Produce data dictionaries, mapping documents, and gap analyses.
• Support validation and reconciliation during development and UAT.
