Warner Music Group is seeking a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer to join our Data and Insights Organization. You will work directly with stakeholders to deliver rapid data and AI-driven solutions that transform complex problems into efficient workflows.

The role requires deep software engineering experience, Python expertise, and familiarity with Snowflake or Databricks, Streamlit, and AI tooling. You will bridge technical and business teams to scale impact across labels and functions.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of software engineering experience.
• Experience with Python and data pipelining (ETL).
• Familiarity with Snowflake and/or Databricks.
• Experience with Genie Code or Cortex Code, Notebooks, and Streamlit.

Responsibilities

• Deliver impactful solutions for diverse stakeholders across engineering, product, and business teams.
• Perform full-stack engineering across backend, frontend, data pipelines, and AI tools.
• Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered production solutions to accelerate stakeholder delivery.
• Demonstrate product sense by rapidly understanding problems and delivering impact without extensive requirements.
• Communicate with non-technical stakeholders and manage expectations effectively.
• Contribute to AI solutions engineering using Gemini, Cortex, and Genie tools.
• Be curious and adaptable, working across multiple problems and domains.
• Ensure alignment with data and insights roadmap and reuse existing assets.
• Help establish architecture standards and playbooks for scalable solutions.
• Publish reusable assets as part of internal marketplaces rather than isolated components.
