Job summary

Manulife is seeking an experienced Senior CyberArk Security Engineer to strengthen our Privileged Access Management (PAM) platform. This hands-on role focuses on security engineering, automation, and platform reliability across IAM, Security, Cloud, and Infrastructure teams.

You will own complex CyberArk initiatives, design integrations via REST APIs, and mentor engineers while maintaining strong documentation and engineering standards. Hybrid work arrangement in Canada.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Cybersecurity, Information Systems or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Approx. 5+ years in Privileged Access Management or cybersecurity with hands-on CyberArk experience.
• Experience engineering and supporting CyberArk core components (Digital Vault, PVWA, CPM, PSM).
• Experience integrating CyberArk with apps using REST APIs, CCP, Credential Provider or similar.
• Scripting and automation with PowerShell and REST APIs to reduce manual work.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support CyberArk PAM solutions.
• Engineer and troubleshoot CyberArk components (Digital Vault, PVWA, CPM, PSM).
• Lead upgrades, migrations, and platform modernization efforts.
• Develop CPM plugins and PSM connectors and apps integrations.
• Build automation via PowerShell, REST APIs, PACLI to improve reliability.
• Serve as escalation point for complex production issues.
