Job Summary

The Identity and Access Management (IAM) Onboarding Team is seeking a Senior Analyst responsible for onboarding applications to RBC IAM services (Entra ID, CyberArk, Sailpoint IIQ, ServiceNow) in alignment with the IAM onboarding strategy and goals. This role involves collaboration with technology and business stakeholders to implement IAM solutions effectively.

Job Description

What will you do?

1. Collaborate with business partners and application teams to ensure successful completion of end-to-end onboarding activities.
2. Explain the onboarding process and document requirements clearly.
3. Provide consultative services to ensure requirements adhere to RBC Standards.
4. Ensure all supporting evidence and sign-offs are documented and stored for audit purposes.
5. Participate in onboarding testing phases, including FST, UAT, OAT, and PIV testing.
6. Manage IAM responsibilities such as single sign-on, authentication, and MFA.

What do you need to succeed? Must have

• 2-3 years of experience in the IAM domain with proficiency in one or more IAM services.
• Strong understanding of Entra ID authentication protocols (SAML, OAuth).
• Knowledge of SCIM, Role-Based Access Control, and MFA.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and negotiation skills for effective task completion.

Nice to have

• A Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering, or Management Information Systems.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Professional certifications related to information security or risk management (e.g., CRISC, CISA, CISM, CISSP).
