Job summary

Prime Team Partners is seeking a Manager of Customer Success to lead and scale a critical customer-facing function within a growing SaaS organization serving healthcare and workforce management. You will define strategy, establish best practices, strengthen executive-level relationships, and create frameworks that drive retention, adoption, and growth.

This hands-on player-coach role combines leadership with direct customer engagement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or related SaaS.
• Experience leading or mentoring Customer Success professionals.
• Demonstrated success managing strategic customer relationships.
• Experience conducting executive-level business reviews.
• Track record of improving customer retention and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a growing Customer Success function.

• Define scalable processes, playbooks, and best practices.
