Job summary

The Senior Solution Designer role is based in Toronto with the Ontario public sector, delivering a modern online Registration and Permit Management System using Microsoft Dynamics CRM, MuleSoft, and Java/React. You will define and maintain end-to-end solution design for registration and permit workflows, ensure secure, scalable integration, and guide cross‑functional teams through delivery lifecycle.

Qualifications

At least 10 years designing, developing, implementing and maintaining large complex CRM systems (Siebel, Curam, or other COTS).
At least 10 years of experience in J2EE integration with CRM systems.
Experience delivering business architecture and system analysis.
Hands-on with n-tier web applications, Unix, Shell scripting, Ant, Javascript, XML/XSD, XSL, and source control (Subversion or CVS).
Experience with XSLT/XQuery/XPATH and XSLT IDEs for creating and debugging XSL.
Experience designing detailed functional and technical requirements for new and existing solutions.

Responsibilities

Define end-to-end solution design with emphasis on Registration/Permit workflows.
Lead integration between public portal and CRM via MuleSoft.
Architect data flows, security, performance, and scalability, aligned with standards.
Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, developers, analysts, PM, cybersecurity, infra and vendor teams.
