Job summary

MECP in Ontario is seeking aSenior Software Developer to configure Dynamics 365 for Registration and Permit workflows and integrate backoffice with the Java/React portal using Mulesoft middleware. You will work on a modern online registration system for internal and external users.

Required experience includes Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure design, and strong API development skills with .NET Core. Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD pipelines is essential for this role in Toronto, Ontario.

Qualifications

• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Experience with Dynamics 365, Microsoft Power platform, and Azure solution design.
• Working knowledge of Dynamics interoperability and capability with other Microsoft cloud technologies.
• Working knowledge of both low-code development and custom development on Dynamics 365.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, Dynamics 365, Power Platform.
• Experience with Dynamics CRM Customer Service Workspace, Agent experience profile, Session templates, workstream, and routing.
• Experience with custom Web API development, ASP.NET/.NET Core, Entity Framework, Azure SQL, DevOps, CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Configure MS Dynamics 365 for Registration and Permit workflows.
• Integrate backoffice with Java/React portal using MuleSoft middleware.
• Develop and maintain APIs and integration points within the Dynamics ecosystem.
