Job summary

Enbridge is seeking a Senior Analyst Credit to join the Enterprise Risk team in Calgary. You will conduct credit reviews, recommend limits, monitor exposures, and help manage financial assurances across multiple units.

This intermediate role emphasizes collaboration with the Credit team and strong risk management controls. The ideal candidate has a related university degree and 2–4 years of credit risk experience, with a preference for CPA, CFA, or MBA designations and energy trading credit

Qualifications

• Requires related university degree and 2–4 years of related experience.
• Strong technical understanding of financial statement analysis and credit risk management.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize work and improve or implement processes.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for internal and external stakeholders.
• Finance designation (CPA, CFA, MBA) and energy marketing/trading credit experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform enterprise-wide credit reviews for rated and non-rated counterparties and recommend credit limits.
• Coordinate enterprise-wide credit limit approvals and determine required financial assurances.
• Monitor counterparty credit exposure and request collateral when needed.
• Execute, administer, and document new or amended financial assurances (parental guarantees, letters of credit).
• Maintain counterparty, credit, and financial assurance data in Enbridge systems of record.
• Develop and maintain process documentation and support credit policy implementation.
• Support credit-related SOX controls, audits, reporting, and enterprise risk initiatives.
