Job summary

Enbridge Inc. is seeking a Senior Analyst Credit to join its Enterprise Risk team. The role involves credit reviews, setting limits, monitoring exposures, and coordinating financial assurances across multiple business units.

You will contribute to strong risk management processes while supporting reporting and controls. Ideal candidates have a related university degree with 2–4 years of credit or finance experience, strong analytical skills, and a proactive approach to process improvement.

Qualifications

• Related university degree combined with 2–4 years of related experience.
• Sound technical understanding of financial statement analysis and credit risk management.
• Experience prioritizing work and improving processes to streamline activities.
• Detail-oriented, highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; collaboration with stakeholders.
• Finance designation (CPA/CFA/MBA) preferred; energy trading credit experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex enterprise-wide credit reviews for rated and non-rated counterparties and recommend appropriate credit limits.
• Collaborate with the Credit team to coordinate enterprise-wide limit approvals and determine required financial assurances.
• Monitor counterparty credit exposure against approved limits and request collateral when needed.
• Support execution and documentation of new or amended financial assurances, including guarantees and letters of credit.
• Maintain accurate counterparty, credit, and financial assurance data in systems of record.
• Develop and maintain process documentation and support credit policy implementations.
• Support credit-related SOX controls, audits, reporting, and other risk initiatives.
