Qualifications

• 3 to 6+ years of experience in influencer marketing, creator operations or related agency role.
• Hands-on familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube from a creator partnership or brand marketing perspective.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to write persuasive briefs, POVs, and reports.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the client's day-to-day point of contact and main go-to, leading client discussions with clarity and confidence.
• Take strategic ideas from concept to execution, championing new approaches with the team and client, and owning follow-through that turns ideas into campaigns.
• Own campaign plans end-to-end, tying every recommendation back to client objectives and KPIs; develop rationales and POVs, push back when needed.
• Stay tuned to creator and platform trends, translating insights into innovative ideas and differentiators.
• Own communication channels for accounts, leading client check-ins, updates, and wrap reports with clarity and professionalism.
• Own recurring performance reporting against client KPIs, translating results into a narrative of what works and what's next.
