Job summary

SECQAI is seeking a Senior CPU Security Architect to join our hybrid team based in London or Bristol. You will architect and implement next-generation CPU security features, work with CPU architects, and drive secure design principles across product lines.

You will collaborate with software, verification, R&D, and security teams, conduct proactive security assessments, and contribute to roadmaps and silicon bring-up. Experience leading engineers and deep ISA knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in EE/CS or related field.
• 9+ years in CPU and system security architecture.
• Deep understanding of memory safety and isolation/virtualization technologies.
• Experience with at least one CPU ISA.
• Proven leadership of a engineering team.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement CPU security features with CPU architects and designers.
• Collaborate with software, CPU, verification, R&D, security teams to enforce secure design principles.
• Proactively conduct security assessments and propose changes.
• Stay ahead of trends, threats and vulnerabilities in semiconductors.
• Contribute to roadmap planning, design reviews, and silicon bring-up.
• Collaborate with R&D to develop and evaluate novel security approaches.
• Write detailed technical documentation and review docs for peers.
• Support certification efforts with planning and liaison to labs.
