A leading financial institution is looking for a Senior Counsel to provide expert legal advice on Intellectual Property matters. This role demands significant experience in managing IP-related risks and drafting agreements, contributing to the strategic initiatives of the bank. The successful candidate will be integral in promoting awareness and navigating the complexities of patenting, copyright, and trade secrets within the organization.
The Enterprise Legal Advisory Team is staffing a Senior Counsel role to provide advice on Intellectual Property ("IP") matters to the enterprise. In this role, the successful candidate will provide sound legal advice to RBC on strategic priorities and initiatives relating to IP, specifically with respect to patents, copyright, trade secrets and open source.
