Job summary

InThink Human Resources is working with our client in Abbotsford to find their next Corporate and Real Estate Lawyer. The firm specializes in corporate and real estate matters and values client relationships and timely file closure.

The candidate will handle real estate and corporate files, develop business with support from the in-house marketing team, and maintain strong client communications. BC Bar admission and a minimum of 5 years’ experience are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate and real estate law.
• Estate planning experience is an asset.
• Highly detail oriented with the ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Sound judgment and the ability to understand their client’s perspectives.
• Member of the BC BAR and in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Working on real estate and corporate files.
• Develop and maintain superior relationships with clients and other team members.
• Understand clients needs to get the best outcome for them.
• Be comfortable with business development with support of the in-house marketing team.
• Represent clients in a professional manner and close files in a timely manner.
• Communicate with clients before, during and after receiving a file.
• Adhere to all legal and ethical standards.
• Network and develop corporate and real estate business.
• Maintain great relationship with clients and develop referrals from them.
