InThink Human Resources is working with our client in Surrey to find their next Solicitor. This full-service law firm serves corporate and real estate clients and values precise, detail-oriented practice, strong client relationships, and professional integrity.

The successful candidate will have 4+ years in corporate and real estate law, BC Bar status, and the ability to manage matters from intake through to closure.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 4 years of experience working in corporate and real estate law.
• Extremely detail oriented with the ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Have sound judgment and the ability to understand their client’s perspectives.
• Member of the B.C BAR and in good standing.

Responsabilidades

• Work on real estate and corporate files.
• Develop and maintain superior relationships with clients and other team members.
• Understand clients needs to get the best outcome for them.
• Be comfortable with business development with support of the in-house marketing team.
• Represent clients in a professional manner and close files in a timely manner.
• Communicate with clients before, during and after receiving a file.
• Adhere to all legal and ethical standards.
• Network and develop corporate and real estate business.
• Maintain great relationship with clients and develop referrals from them.

Key Responsibilities:

Compensation

• Competitive compensation between $130,000/year to $180,000/year
