The role drives creative direction, content strategy, and production execution to strengthen the brand and support business objectives.

The ideal candidate brings extensive video production expertise, strong leadership and budget oversight, and a proven portfolio of in-house productions that deliver measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Media Production, Business Administration or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in content creation, media production, and production leadership.
• 3–5 years of progressive leadership experience managing production teams and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead corporate production, graphics, and design functions aligned with brand objectives and business goals.
• Oversee end-to-end productions: videos, livestreams, events, executive communications, campaigns.
• Provide storytelling leadership translating priorities into engaging content.
• Build partnerships with senior leaders, stakeholders, and vendors as trusted advisor.
• Drive innovation and governance in production processes, measuring impact.
