Job summary

The Toronto-Dominion Bank, TD Securities, Toronto, is seeking a Corporate Lending Operations professional to service a portfolio of corporate lending clients. You will act as a subject matter expert, maintain client relationships, and coordinate with lenders to ensure accurate, timely loan servicing.

Ideal candidates will have 3+ years in corporate lending operations, strong English communication, and experience with LoanIQ and related software.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong track record in managing relationships with high-profile clients.
• Ability to read, review, and understand Corporate Lending Credit Agreements.
• Experience with LoanIQ and building/monitoring primary and secondary deals, facilities, and drawings.

Responsibilities

• Provide loan servicing functions for high-valued corporate and commercial clients, ensuring timelines and quality of service.
• Develop and maintain working relationships with clients and internal/external partners.
• Manage a portfolio of syndicated corporate lending accounts as an Administrative Agent and coordinate with participant lenders.
• Perform end-of-day reviews and approvals, ensuring portfolio accuracy with no operational incidents.
• Escalate non-standard or high-risk transactions and contribute to process improvements.
• Support coverage and assist team members to meet service and productivity targets.
