Job summary

A leading recruitment firm is seeking a Corporate Controller to enhance the leadership team. The role involves overseeing financial statement preparation, managing all accounting processes, and ensuring compliance with US GAAP. Candidates must have over 8 years of experience in finance, strong leadership qualities, and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP software. This position requires a proactive individual with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work autonomously in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the preparation of financial statements and manage accounting processes.
• Prepare monthly financial statements as per US GAAP.
• Manage all accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P.
• Coordinate the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts.
• Ensure accuracy of financial transactions and reporting.

Skills

8+ years of accounting and finance experience

Leadership and team management experience

Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

Experience with ERP software

Thorough knowledge of US GAAP and/or IFRS

Education

Advanced degree in Accounting or Business

CPA or equivalent preferred
