The Alabaster Group of Companies encompasses Alabaster Homes, our multi‑family rental, strata and multiplex division and Pavilion Cowork, our shared office space division. Position Summary
As a Senior Corporate Accountant at Alabaster Homes, you will play a key role in managing the financial health and integrity of a dynamic real‑estate development company. You’ll be responsible for full‑cycle accounting, financial reporting, and analysis across our portfolio of residential and mix‑use projects. Working closely with the Accounting Team, you’ll ensure accurate, timely and insightful financial information that supports strategic decision making and operational excellence.
This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a high performing accounting team in a growing company with a strong reputation for quality, innovation and integrity. You will be instrumental in refining our accounting processes, implementing best practices and helping to scale accounting operations as the company continues to expand.

You are a detail‑oriented and proactive accounting professional with a deep understanding of corporate and project‑based accounting, ideally within the real estate, construction or development sectors.
