What you will do:

• · Think big – Dream up bold, breakthrough ideas for a variety of channels. Your concepts won’t just be on-brand—they’ll be impossible to ignore.
• · Stay sharp – Dive into briefs, client meetings, and research like a detective hunting for insights. Pay attention to the details that make great work even better.
• · Team up – Work hand-in-hand with Art Directors, Designers, and Production partners to turn strategies and ideas into creative gold. Collaboration is key to making the magic happen.
• · Defend the work – Present your ideas with confidence, selling clients on the vision and making sure the best creative sees the light of day.
• · Make awesome stuff – Bring creative concepts to life across every medium—broadcast, digital, print, and beyond. Keep it fresh, modern, and always in line with the brand’s identity.
• · Inspire – Lead the way for junior Copywriters and other team members, making sure every project is executed to perfection.

Who you will be…

· 7+ years of creative agency experience in copywriting.

· A portfolio demonstrating exceptional creativity and the ability to craft ideas (Note: Please include a link to your portfolio in your resume).

· Strong strategic thinker with the ability to ideate.

· Strong writing skills with a wide range and ability to adapt to different brand tones.

· Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.

· Natural storyteller and excellent presentation skills.

· Extremely detail oriented and organized.

· Professional and proactive with the ability to keep cool and think clearly under pressure.

· Experience leading creative projects from start to finish.

· Produced work is a must and select spec ideas acceptable to show thinking
