Critical Mass in Toronto is seeking a senior copywriter with strong creative leadership to craft compelling copy across digital campaigns and client briefs.
You will mentor junior creatives, collaborate with art directors and designers, and guide projects from kickoff to final delivery while balancing speed, quality, and strategic impact. An in-office presence is required to collaborate effectively with the team.
This role is for someone with rich copywriting experience and demonstrable skills of a growing creative leader. You are virtuosic in your craft, capable of delivering on any number of creative asks with speed, accuracy and style. Confident in your copy, you’ve begun your initial journey into creative leadership.

Toronto: $75,000-$90,000
Omnicom’s policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager. Our objective is to increase this requirement over time, and many of our agencies as well as Omnicom’s corporate group already require five days of in-office attendance.
