Job summary

Omnicom Media, through Creo, seeks a Social Practice Lead to develop and execute paid social amplification strategies for influencer-created content across platforms in Toronto or Montréal. You will lead cross-functional collaboration with Influencer Marketing, Creative, and Data teams to deliver campaigns that meet client objectives.

Ideal candidates bring 4+ years in social media/digital marketing, strong client-relationship skills, and expertise across Meta/TikTok/Snapchat and more.

Qualifications

  • College diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in social media or digital marketing, ideally in a leadership or supervisory role.
  • Proven ability to build long-term client relationships and deliver results with ownership.
  • Strong expertise in Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, Reddit, X, and Twitch.
  • Bilingualism (French and English) is an asset, but not required.

  • Manage campaign execution and ongoing optimization using performance tools, delivering reports and actionable recommendations.
  • Analyze campaign performance data to uncover insights and recommend optimizations to maximize results.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and external partners to ensure seamless client strategy execution.

YOUR MANDATE

You will join the Creo team as a Social Practice Lead. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing paid social amplification strategies for influencer-created content across social and digital platforms.

This position is available in Toronto or Montréal
On a Day-to-day Basis, You Will
  • Develop paid social media strategies to achieve your clients' objectives, working closely with Influencer Marketing Specialists, Creative teams, and Data teams.
  • Advise, support, and negotiate with partners while celebrating campaign successes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and recommending solutions to overcome challenges.
  • Develop and execute high-performing strategies by leveraging Omnicom Media best practices, while ensuring flawless execution in a fast-paced environment.
  • Manage campaign execution and ongoing optimization using a variety of performance tools, while delivering campaign reports, analyses, and actionable recommendations.
  • Analyze campaign performance data to uncover insights and recommend optimizations that maximize campaign results.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, clients, and external partners (Sales, Product Development, Analytics, etc.) to ensure seamless execution of client strategies.
We Want To Know You If You Have
  • A college diploma or bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in social media, client account management, or digital marketing, ideally in a leadership or supervisory role.
  • Proven experience building long-term client relationships and delivering outstanding results with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Strong expertise in at least two of the following platforms: Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, Reddit, X, and Twitch.
  • Expertise in audience strategy and targeting.
  • Experience with risk management and a solid understanding of media transparency best practices.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Experience with Marketing Technology (MarTech) or Advertising Technology (AdTech) solutions
  • Bilingualism (French and English) is an asset, but is not required.

$55,000 - $65,000

Omnicom's policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager. Our objective is to increase this requirement over time, and many of our agencies as well as Omnicom's corporate group already require five days of in-office attendance.
