Overview
As a Sr. Copywriter, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the direction of our clients’ campaigns. In partnership with an Art Director, you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and execute concepts that span across channels. Your ability to think conceptually and deliver high-quality solutions will be key to your success in this role. You should be skilled in crafting clear, benefit-driven copy that resonates with value-conscious shoppers—balancing brand voice, promotional urgency, and storytelling across digital, social, and in-store channels for high-volume retail campaigns.
Responsibilities
Lead and develop creative concepts for integrated campaigns across video, print, social media, and digital
Manage multiple workstreams and deadlines to meet client goals
Oversee the production of video content, including storyboarding, directing, and collaborating with production teams to ensure high-quality output.
Skilled in cross-functional collaboration and time management
Craft compelling social and print copy for print materials (including brochures, posters, and other marketing collateral) that aligns with brand voice, drives engagement, and supports broader marketing objectives.
As a senior writer, you’re expected to collaborate closely with art directors, designers, and account managers to ensure cohesive, high-performing, and effective campaign execution.
Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to continually bring fresh ideas and innovative solutions to the table.
Confidently present your work to clients, clearly articulating the strategic thinking behind each concept.
Qualifications
Post-secondary education from an advertising or copywriting program, or a related discipline.
5+ years of experience in a copywriter role, preferably within an advertising agency environment.
Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of work,
Excellent conceptual thinking and storytelling skills.
Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating high-quality, impactful work.
Analytical skills to evaluate creative approach, and seek unexpected, original and innovative ideas.
Thrives in a fast paced and creative environment.
