Woodbridge Homes, Inc. seeks an experienced Controller to lead the accounting and finance team in Vancouver. The role reports to the VP Finance and strengthens controls while overseeing reporting for corporate, income-producing properties and development projects.

The Controller collaborates on budgets, financial strategy, and treasury activities, with a focus on accuracy, timeliness, and governance in a data-intensive environment.

Competenze

• CPA designation or equivalent required.

Mansioni

• Oversee financial reporting for corporate, properties and development projects.
• Review and approve financial statements ensuring policy compliance.
• Prepare internal and external financial reports with management.
• Perform cashflow modeling and forecasting; manage treasury.
• Coordinate intercompany expense allocations and chargebacks.
• Supervise rental portfolio operations and CAM reconciliations.
• Assist property management with tenant queries and budgets.
• Oversee tax compliance, filings and regulatory submissions.
