Job summary

Veeva Systems seeks a Senior Consultant to drive Implementation Excellence for Vault CRM Events Management in life sciences. You will deliver compliant, end-to-end event solutions from speaker programs to advisory boards, leveraging prescriptive, packaged approaches for faster, higher-quality deployments.

Deep Vault Platform expertise, automation tools, and cross-functional collaboration will be key as you guide data migration, validation, and reporting while mentoring teammates and ensuring

Qualifications

• 6+ years leading enterprise SaaS/Cloud event management implementations.
• Knowledge of Life Sciences event operations and data integration patterns.
• Ability to lead discovery workshops and present complex ideas clearly.
• Strong execution discipline with attention to detail and speed.
• Willingness to travel up to 25-30% for milestones.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery and design sessions with a simple, guardrail-driven approach.
• Deliver end-to-end event management implementations using standard packages.
• Develop proficiency in Vault Platform and Vault CRM Events Management.
• Guide customers through planning, speaker management, budget tracking, and compliance reporting.
• Collaborate with Strategy, Product Management, Solution Consulting, and Account Partners.
• Own project deliverables, manage risks, and drive milestones.
• Foster long-term customer success and post-implementation adoption.
• Provide team mentorship to improve employee and customer success.
