Your key responsibilities

The Treasury Senior Consultant ensures successful execution of Treasury engagements through practical skills and expertise. You will supervise and mentor staff and serve as the main contact for Managers, Senior Managers, and Partners.

Skills and attributes for success

• Ensure project deliverables meet specifications and deadlines.
• Support a range of Treasury projects including liquidity management, cash flow forecasting, risk management, Treasury technology, post-merger integration, and organizational design.
• Supervise and mentor staff; act as the client and internal team point of contact.
• Maintain strong client focus, responsiveness, and productive relationships.
• Participate in meetings and interviews with treasury personnel.
• Assist in developing client deliverables and engagement documentation.
• Support proposal development and business initiatives.
• Demonstrate professionalism in client environments.
• Collaborate to mitigate project risks.
• Understand industry trends and key performance drivers.
• Develop strong internal and external networks and work with other service lines for integrated service delivery.
• Seek opportunities to present EY’s services to clients.

Minimum qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 3-5 years of related experience.
• Strong analytical, technical, communication, presentation, and technical writing skills.
• Ability to work closely with teams and clients.
• Experience with Treasury organizational structures, risk management, cash flow forecasting, liquidity management, bank relationships, Treasury technology, M&A support, and regulations.

Preferred qualifications

• Master’s degree in relevant fields.
• Certified Treasury Professional qualification.
• Experience with complex projects and system implementations, especially with FIS Quantum or Integrity.
