Health Shared Services in Grande Prairie seeks a Senior Consultant to coordinate concern management for Medical Staff complaints and to support Medical Leaders in policy adherence under the Medical Staff Bylaws and AHS policies.

You will lead investigations, provide education on performance management and restorative practices, and collaborate with PHA/PHC Medical Leaders, HRBP and Legal to ensure compliant resolution of concerns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Social Sciences or Health Administration required; Masters preferred.
• 2–5 years of progressively responsible experience, ideally with health care professionals, complaints or admin law processes.
• Prosci Change Management Certification is required.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate concern management for complaints involving Medical Staff.
• Collaborate with PHA/PHC Medical Leaders, Legal, Employee Relations and HRBP to ensure compliance with Bylaws and policies.
• Lead education and support for Medical Leaders on performance management and restorative practices.
• Investigate Issues/Concerns and assist with resolution strategies as requested.
• Draft correspondence and participate in case management of investigations under Part 6 Bylaw matters.
