Job summary

CIMA+ in Canada is seeking a Senior Consultant to join the Operational Solutions and Digital Technologies practice in Ontario. You will advise clients, shape technology roadmaps, and lead assignments that connect operational assets with modern IT systems.

The role emphasizes integration, data platforms, cloud and on-prem infrastructure, and cybersecurity with a focus on transit and other critical infrastructure.

Qualifications

• University degree in engineering, computer science, information systems, or a related discipline.
• Approximately 10+ years of professional experience in technology consulting, systems engineering, IT, software, cloud, data, OT, or related fields.
• Experience with complex, operational or mission-critical systems environments is valued.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work with multidisciplinary and geographically distributed teams.
• Ability to operate with limited supervision and take ownership of client and project needs.

Responsibilities

• Act as a senior technology advisor and local representative of CIMA+'s Operational and Digital Technology practice with clients in the GTA and Ontario.
• Develop trusted relationships with client stakeholders across business, operations, engineering, and technology teams.
• Present technical issues, risks, and recommendations clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Maintain effective communication between clients, project teams, technical specialists, and other participants.
• Assist in planning, modernization, and integration of complex information and OT systems.
