As a core member of our Deal Transformation & Post Merger Integration Team (DT&PMI) Human Resources Due Diligence (HRDD) team, you will collaborate closely with our diligence Managers and Senior Managers to support high-impact M&A pre‑deal transactions. You’ll play a critical role in conducting detailed, financially focused pre‑signing due diligence on key HR areas, including workforce dynamics and the evaluation of material deal drivers related to compensation and benefits.
Your responsibilities will include examining complex elements such as retirement plans (including pensions), stock‑based awards, executive employment contracts, change‑in‑control agreements, and health & welfare coverages. You’ll also contribute to HR value creation initiatives, identifying and implementing strategies that drive revenue growth and cost savings for our private equity clients.
This is a dynamic role where your expertise will directly influence the success of major transactions, and you’ll be empowered to uncover innovative solutions that create real business value.

The salary range for this position is $84,000 - $126,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
