Job summary

CIBC is seeking a Senior Consultant, Employer Brand in Toronto to shape our employee value proposition and connect our external talent story to real culture signals. You’ll craft narratives, briefs, social content, and tools to engage developers, digital builders, and product-minded talent.

You’ll lead with an editorial approach, collaborate across Employer Brand, Talent Acquisition and HR, and thrive in a hybrid model with on-site and remote days.

Responsibilities

  • Shape the EVP through the employee experience and connect external talent story to culture signals, audience needs and proof points.
  • Build clear talent narratives across copy, briefs, social content, recruiter tools and executive presentations.
  • Use insights from employees, candidates, and channels to improve engagement with digital, product and technology talent.
  • Coordinate with Employer Brand, Talent Acquisition, HR, business and channel teams to move work forward.
  • Write with an editorial lens to keep language modern, practical and authentic.

As an Employer Brand leader with a strong employee experience lens, you'll help shape a talent promise grounded in what candidates and team members actually experience. You'll uncover meaningful proof points, define a compelling story, and strengthen the messaging, content, and recruiter tools that bring it to life. You'll create work that feels current, credible, and relevant to developers, digital builders, and product-minded talent. Through this work, you'll help the business show up in a way that's clear, authentic, and aligned to the audiences it wants to reach. *At CIBC we enable the work environment most optimal for you to thrive in your role.
