The opportunity

As a DevOps Senior Consultant, you will drive our digital transformation initiatives, ensuring seamless integration and continuous delivery of IT services. Your role will foster collaboration, automation, and continuous improvement across software development and operations teams. Using cutting-edge technology and methodologies, you will enhance operational efficiencies, reduce time-to-market, and uphold security and compliance standards.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Lead automation tool and process implementation supporting CI/CD and cloud operations.
• Collaborate with development, QA, and IT operations teams for smooth deployment and operation of software.
• Develop and execute strategies for cloud migration, containerization, and microservices architecture.
• Design and manage CI/CD pipelines and toolchains.
• Promote continuous improvement through regular reviews and feedback incorporation.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and security guidelines.
• Monitor, analyze, and optimize system performance and scalability.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to foster innovation.
• Support code changes and repository management.
• Implement AI solutions in DevOps, such as GitHub CoPilot.

Skills and Attributes for Success

To qualify, you must have:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience as a DevOps Lead or similar leadership role.
• Strong background in cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP) and infrastructure as code (Terraform, Bicep, CloudFormation).
• Certifications from cloud providers.
• Expertise in CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI) and container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker).
• Familiarity with scripting languages (Python, Bash) and configuration tools (Ansible, Chef, Puppet).
• Leadership and team-building skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and results orientation.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
