What You’ll Be Doing

Corporate Security is a dynamic, multi-skilled group. Our mandate is to deliver multi-layered, intelligence-led, risk-based security solutions that effectively mitigate security and fraud threats and enhance operational resilience, brand, and client trust. Reporting to the Director, the Senior Consultant is responsible for managing the Corporate Security Western Mailbox, triaging all internal and external escalations (including law enforcement and financial institutions), and conducting subsequent investigations. They will support and collaborate with all lines of business to assess, mitigate, and prevent operational risks, ensuring a safe working environment. Responsibilities include investigating cases of fraud, fraud recoveries, potential irrecoverable losses (including litigation support), and other criminal incidents. They will also provide investigative support to CSII Investigation teams.

Details on work arrangements, including remote and on-site work, will be discussed during the interview process.

How You'll Succeed
  • Providing high-standard investigation services, including specialized advice on fraud, defalcation, and criminal investigations. Identifying control gaps and managing incidents of external and internal fraud, including organized attacks and violations of policies.
  • Developing and managing relationships with business leaders, internal partners, and law enforcement agencies. Leading and participating in industry investigations and forming strong partnerships to mitigate risks.
  • Participating in projects, preparing investigative reports, and delivering presentations. Applying data analysis techniques and managing multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Working under pressure, conducting investigations swiftly, and presenting findings to senior leaders. Demonstrating systemic thinking, analytical skills, and creative problem-solving abilities.
Who You Are
  • You have 10-12 years of investigative experience, with knowledge of criminal law, investigative procedures, and regulatory environments. Industry contacts are a plus.
  • You pay attention to details, think critically, and make informed decisions.
  • You value relationships, communicate effectively, and are client-focused.
  • You are proactive, take initiative, and embody trust, teamwork, and accountability.
