Job Description:

The Senior Consultant, Analysis & Insights role is designed for experienced professionals in digital analysis or digital business intelligence who are looking to enhance their skills. Key growth areas include data visualization, clickstream analysis, testing strategies, optimization, and leading analysis projects. If this describes you, read on.

You are a problem solver and quick learner who enjoys working with data to uncover insights. You can distinguish meaningful signals from noise and excel at translating data into actionable business strategies. You are a compelling storyteller with a passion for deriving meaning from data.

In this role, you will collaborate with industry leaders and top-tier clients, reporting to the Manager, Insights & Analytics.

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field preferred
• At least 3 years of business analysis focusing on performance optimization
• Minimum 3 years of experience with digital analysis tools like Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics
• 2-3 years in a professional services setting, such as advertising, media, or management consulting
• Proven experience presenting analysis and insights to stakeholders or clients
• Strategic approach to data collection and utilization aligned with client goals
• Ownership of client relationships and project leadership from start to finish
• Experience developing data collection infrastructure and using debugging tools
• Ability to create visualizations and dashboards to explain data trends
• Creative and concise communication of data stories aligned with business needs
• Mentorship to junior team members
• Guidance to ensure project alignment, timeliness, and budget adherence
• Strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint

The salary range is $70,000-$85,000, based on experience and skills. Benefits include medical, dental, RRSP, paid time off, and others for permanent employees.
