Job description

Infosys is seeking a Sr / Consultant for Hexagon Smart Plant Applications Admin. This position involves interfacing with key stakeholders, applying technical proficiency across various Smart Plant Applications to resolve user issues, and providing technical support. The successful candidate will be responsible for the administration, configuration, and support of Smart Plant applications for our client. This role demands technical expertise, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment. Required Qualifications:

• Candidate must be located within Saskatoon / Calgary, Canada. This position may require travel within Canada.
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution. Three years of progressive experience in the field can be considered in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 4 years of Information Technology experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• At least 4-5 years of hands-on experience in a lead admin role for the following applications:
• Smart 3D
• Smart Completions
• Smart Sketch
• SPR Simulation and Visual Effects

• Minimum 4-5 years of experience with Hexagon Smart Plant applications, including Smart Plant Foundation (SPF), Smart Plant Instrumentation (SPI), and Smart Plant 3D.
• Experience with Support SLAs, ITSM, and ITIL methodologies.
• Ability to work in a team within a diverse/multiple stakeholder environment.
• Experience and desire to work in a global delivery environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills to respond to complex incidents, produce detailed software designs and specifications, maintain application code libraries, assist with projects, and ensure proper documentation.
• 8+ years of Systems Analyst/Admin experience.
• Experience in troubleshooting, installing, upgrades, security patching, interfaces, and customizations.
• 5+ years of scripting experience.
• 8+ years of KPI/incident monitoring and reporting experience.
• Ability to analyze workflows and identify automation opportunities.
• Experience developing and implementing no-code and low-code solutions.
• Respond to and resolve high-complexity incidents to minimize service disruptions within SLAs.
• Assist in developing and implementing rollout and change management plans.
• Provide statistical analysis and reporting on application performance.
• ITIL certification is preferred.

The role involves sitting and working at a computer for extended periods. Effective communication via telephone, email, or face-to-face is required. Travel may be necessary based on job requirements.
