Our People Consulting professionals assist clients with managing and sustaining change in people, processes, and technology, including HR technology assessments, process design & transformation, vendor assessment, defining target operating models, assessing HCM and WFM implementation readiness, solution implementation, and post-implementation optimization.

We are seeking Senior Consultants to join our growing Digital Workforce Transformation practice, focusing on UKG Pro Workforce Management (formerly Workforce Dimensions).

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Approximately 3+ years of consulting experience
• 2-5 years of UKG Pro WFM project implementation experience in healthcare, manufacturing, or similar complex sectors
• UKG Timekeeping, Advanced Scheduling, or Integration Certification (preferred)
• Experience with solution gap analysis and recommendations
• Experience in business process design and enhancements
• Hands-on configuration experience in complex client requirements
• Participation or leadership in client discussions, requirements gathering, testing, and deployment
• Understanding of the end-to-end implementation lifecycle
• Project management experience (beneficial)
• Problem-solving skills and ability to operate with limited information
• Flexibility and ability to travel up to 30% on short notice

Responsibilities:

• Understanding of HR technology and UKG Pro WFM implementation concepts; leading client engagement teams
• Delivering high-quality services, managing project budgets, monitoring progress, and managing risks
• Building productive relationships with clients, understanding their industry and key drivers
• Developing team members through feedback and fostering an innovative environment
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of UKG Pro WFM and industry trends
• Generating new business opportunities and developing long-term client relationships
