  • Demonstrated leadership skills.
  • Project management and evaluation knowledge and experience are required.
  • Bachelor's degree in health care administration or health related field preferred.

Job description

Your Opportunity: Senior Consultant, Patient & Provider Experience is a leadership position at the Royal Alexandra Hospital reporting directly to the Site Executive Director in collaboration with the Facility Medical Director.

Description: This position is responsible and accountable for leading the goals/vision, strategic planning, implementation, and evaluation of site-wide programs focused on advancing and integrating The Royal Alex Way, Circle of Care and two foundational AHS strategies, Our People Strategy and Patient First Strategy, into the care provided at the Royal Alexandra Hospital.

Classification: Consultant Union: Exempt Unit and Program: Patient & Provider Experience Primary Location: Royal Alexandra Hospital Location Details: As Per Location Temporary Employee Class: Temp F/T Benefits FTE: 1.00 Posting End Date: 31-AUG-2026 Date Available: 13-SEP-2026 Temporary End Date: 31-MAR-2027 Hours per Shift: 7.75 Length of Shift in weeks: 2 Shifts per cycle: 10 Shift Pattern: Days Days Off: Saturday/Sunday Minimum Salary: $38.73 Maximum Salary: $66.42 Vehicle Requirement: Not Applicable
