Job summary

IMP Solutions, a division of IMP Group Limited, is expanding its Professional Services team across Canada and seeks an experienced consultant who blends strategic thinking with delivery expertise to help clients achieve outcomes.

You will work directly with clients, shape initiatives early, and stay involved through delivery, with a mix of advisory and delivery work tailored to client needs. Strong relationships with senior stakeholders are essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in consulting, project delivery, business analysis, organizational change, program management, or related disciplines.
• Experience leading complex business and technology initiatives.
• Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to operate at both executive and working-team levels.
• Experience building trusted relationships with clients and acting as a strategic advisor.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a practical approach to delivering results.
• Experience working in client-facing consulting environments is a strong asset.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex client engagements from planning through execution.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, helping shape strategies, priorities, and approaches to complex business and technology challenges.
• Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders, including senior leadership teams.
• Facilitate workshops, discussions, and planning sessions to define objectives and approaches.
• Provide strategic advice and practical recommendations to help clients achieve business outcomes.
• Lead project, program, or transformation initiatives involving multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Manage risks, issues, budgets, schedules, and overall engagement success.
• Collaborate with technical and business teams to drive results.
• Support business development activities including proposals, solution development, and client discussions.

What You Need to Succeed:

• 8+ years of experience in consulting, project delivery, business analysis, organizational change, program management, or related disciplines.


• Experience leading complex business and technology initiatives


• Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills


• Ability to operate confidently at both executive and working-team levels


• Experience building trusted relationships with clients and acting as a strategic advisor


• Strong problem-solving skills and a practical approach to delivering results


• Experience working in client-facing consulting environments is considered a strong asset


• Relevant certifications such as PMP, CBAP, Prosci, Agile, ITIL, or equivalent experience are considered assets


• Ability to identify opportunities, contribute to business development efforts, and support the growth of client relationships
