Job summary

SCG Calgary Inc. is seeking an experienced and results‑driven Experienced Project Manager to lead construction and renovation projects from inception to completion. You will oversee budgets, schedules, risk, and quality across residential, commercial, and industrial spaces.

Ideal candidates bring 7+ years in construction project management, leadership ability, and proficiency with Procore, MS Project, and Primavera. PMP/ CCM certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in construction project management.
• At least 2 years in a senior leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and regulatory requirements.
• Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
• Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Primavera).

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with business goals.
• Develop project execution strategies including risk management and mitigation plans.
• Lead project teams and coordinate stakeholders, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Manage budgets, change orders, and cost control.
• Monitor schedules and resources; address delays and optimize workflow.
• Provide regular reports to clients and stakeholders with progress and solutions.
• Oversee procurement, contracts, and vendor relationships.
• Ensure quality control and safety compliance; conduct site inspections.
