Job summary

ITC Construction is seeking a Project Manager in Calgary to lead high-rise residential and commercial projects. You will oversee budget, schedule, quality and staffing under the Project Director, with authority to allocate resources to reach project goals.

Responsibilities include budgeting, contract coordination, and ensuring documentation accuracy. This role emphasizes strong leadership, communication and adherence to ITC procedures and standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in civil engineering or related field preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with construction processes, building codes, and project management software (Procore, SharePoint).
• Ability to handle complex documentation and maintain accuracy in project tracking.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and/or oversee the preparation of the Control Budget.
• Involvement in contract negotiation phase including meetings with Owner, Architect and Consultants from concept to contract signing.
• Prepare Letters of Intent for Trades on Construction Management Projects.
• Consult with Contracts Manager to ensure proper templates of LOIs and Schedules are used.
• Day-to-day management, monitoring and correction of project construction to meet the Master Schedule, Control Budget and Contract Documents.
• Receive, log and distribute drawings, specifications, shop drawings, change orders, site instructions, consultant reports, concrete tests and RFIs per standard procedures.
