Job summary

ITC Construction in Vancouver is seeking a Project Manager to oversee a residential high-rise project. You will manage budget, schedule, quality and human resources under the Project Director, with authority to allocate resources to meet objectives.

Responsibilities include coordinating with Preconstruction, preparing control budget, participating in contract negotiations, issuing letters of intent, and ensuring compliance with the master schedule and contract documents.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in civil engineering, or related field preferred.
• 5-10 years of experience in construction preferred, especially on high-rise residential projects as PM.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities; excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with construction processes, building codes, and project management software (e.g., Procore, SharePoint).
• Ability to handle complex documentation and maintain accuracy in project tracking.

Responsibilities

• Oversee preparation of the Control Budget.
• Attend meetings for contract negotiation and communication with Owner, Architect, and Consultants.
• Prepare Letters of Intent for Trades and ensure proper templates are used.
• Coordinate with Contracts Manager on LOIs and schedules.
