Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Construction Project Manager to lead and support construction projects within a large, national energy portfolio. This role focuses exclusively on managing projects and project managers across a diverse range of energy-related sites. Our teams deliver integrated facilities management and specialized services designed to meet complex offshore and onshore operational needs.

What You Will Do

• Lead, mentor, and support a team of project managers, driving accountability for project delivery, timelines, and key performance metrics.
• Oversee all project phases including planning, scheduling, risk management, contract negotiation, and resource allocation, ensuring strict compliance with specifications, regulations, and codes.
• Manage relationships with subcontractors and clients through effective communication, progress reporting, and dispute resolution while ensuring contract terms are upheld.
• Drive financial success by analyzing budgets, contributing to cost estimates, preparing proposals, and developing recovery plans to mitigate project risks.
• Ensure alignment of project controls, documentation, procurement, and field operations (including engineering and commissioning) with company standards and client expectations.
  
  

What You Bring

• Proven experience managing complex construction projects, including MEP systems and active-site renovations, with a strong focus on safety programs, compliance, and multi-stakeholder coordination.
• Expertise in project controls, forecasting, scheduling, and documentation, with hands-on experience using project management and financial software systems.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills, capable of translating technical information for non-technical audiences and prioritizing in a fast-paced environment.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite, Adobe, Visio, and project scheduling/estimating software.

Minimum Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of management experience.
• Minimum 3 years of functional experience managing complex construction projects involving MEP systems and active-site renovations.
• Demonstrated expertise in safety programs, compliance, and stakeholder coordination.
• Proficiency in project controls, forecasting, scheduling, and documentation.
• Advanced computer skills including MS Office Suite, Adobe, Visio, and relevant scheduling/estimating software.
