Job summary

Pagnotta Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager for the General Contracting side of our business.

Based in Edmonton, you will report to the Construction Manager and lead project delivery from pre-construction through close-out, coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams to ensure on-time, on-budget completion. The role includes developing schedules, managing costs, overseeing safety and quality, and driving continuous improvement across projects.

Qualifications

• 5 years of Project Management experience in Commercial/Institutional construction.
• Proven track record delivering projects under various contract types: CM, Design-Build, Hard Bid.
• Experience using MS Project, Primavera P6, PlanGrid, Bluebeam and SAP.
• Strong leadership, communication and multi-priority management skills.
• Ability to manage project costs, schedules, safety, quality and risk.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-construction activities, look-ahead schedules and risk planning.
• Develop and maintain Master Project Schedule with stakeholders.
• Oversee subcontractor start-up, progress meetings and change management.
• Monitor cost, revenue forecasting, invoicing and payments.
• Ensure compliance with safety, codes and project specs.
• Prepare monthly reports and maintain documentation control.
• Coordinate with client/owner representatives and internal teams.
• Mentor project team and drive continuous improvement.
