Job summary

Pagnotta Inc. seeks an experienced Project Manager for General Contracting in Edmonton. You will lead pre-construction planning, develop master schedules, manage costs, and coordinate with subcontractors to deliver on time and on budget.

Responsibilities include supervising field teams, reviewing drawings, managing risk, and reporting to the Construction Manager. Strong communication and leadership are essential to drive project success across multiple workstreams.

Qualifications

• Professional experience in Commercial and/or Institutional Construction.
• Strong project management and leadership capabilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the Master Project Schedule with input from the PM and subcontractors.
• Provide breakdown of cost codes and monitor budgets and approvals.
• Lead pre-construction planning activities including look-ahead schedules, risk register, and KPI development.
• Manage subcontracts and coordination with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Hold biweekly meetings with client or owner representatives and document minutes.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
