Job summary

Archmill House Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager (Construction) to lead complex renovation and millwork projects across the US and Canada.

The role demands strong commercial acumen, autonomy, and the ability to mentor junior team members, interact with senior client representatives, and drive projects from planning through closeout. The position is hybrid, requiring travel 30–50% across the US and Canada, with a focus on maintaining Archmill’s high-quality standards and client

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Building Science, Engineering, Architecture, Business, Project Management, or a related discipline is preferred.
• 10–15+ years of progressively responsible project management and construction experience, including multi-site or high-value projects.
• Autonomy to lead projects with minimal supervision and strong commercial judgment.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, coordination, execution, and successful completion of multiple complex construction and renovation projects.
• Own projects from handoff through construction, closeout, and lessons learned.
• Provide senior-level oversight to ensure safety, schedule, budget, and quality standards.
